These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Earth Friendly Cleaning's services. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Earth Friendly Cleaning provides professional end of tenancy cleaning services across London. Our services include comprehensive cleaning as detailed in our checklist and any additional services agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed once we provide written confirmation.
2.2 Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service. We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
2.3 Pricing
Prices are based on property size and condition. The quoted price is final unless additional services are requested or the property condition differs significantly from what was described.
3. Our 48-Hour Re-Clean Guarantee
If your landlord or letting agent identifies any cleaning issues within 48 hours of our service, we will return and re-clean the affected areas at no extra cost, subject to the following conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of service completion
- The property must not have been occupied or used since our clean
- The reported issues must relate to areas included in our original service
- We must be given reasonable access to rectify the issues
4. Access and Property Condition
4.1 Access
You must ensure we have access to the property at the agreed time. If we cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.
4.2 Property Condition
The property should be empty of personal belongings. We are not responsible for cleaning around excessive clutter or items left in the property.
4.3 Utilities
Running water, electricity, and heating (in cold weather) must be available for us to complete our work.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: No charge
- Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% of quoted price
- No-show or same-day cancellation: Full quoted price
6. Liability and Insurance
We carry £1M public liability insurance and £10M employers' liability insurance. We take reasonable care during our work, but we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- Damage caused by defective items or fixtures
- Items of exceptional value not disclosed before the clean
7. Limitations
While we strive for excellent results, some stains, marks, or damage may not be removable through cleaning alone. This includes but is not limited to:
- Permanent stains on carpets or upholstery
- Limescale damage to surfaces
- Mould damage requiring specialist treatment
- Damage to surfaces from improper previous cleaning
8. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate and aim to resolve any issues promptly.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
